Yes, but the gov't is well know for leaving many 'loopholes' in their 100 page bills.......how could they require min. wage jobs to also offer insurance ??

That's true but if the Guest Worker costs too much then employers will raise wages and hire a citizen. Illegals don't take jobs that Americans won't do, Illegals take jobs that Americans won't do for the wages and benefits offered.
