MADRID BOMBING MAY BE PRECURSOR TO ATTACK ON U.S., RIDGE SAYS

March 12 (Bloomberg) -- The train bombings in Madrid yesterday that killed 198 people ``could be a precursor'' to attacks on the U.S., Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge said in Bangkok.
