Daleel is not Arab.I thought Daleel was indeed tracked down as being in the United Arab Emirates through the IP of his posting.

Daleel, however, doesn't speak Arabic.

Daleel's IP was traced to Sharjah University in the United Arab Emirates. However, that doesn't mean he's Arab - they have a significant number of instructors and professors from throughout the world at Sharjah University. Many of these are Muslims from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Eastern Europe. Much of the instruction is in English, I believe.
So while he is almost certainly a Muslim I'm not convinced he's Arab.
