This is a scary development then. What if the sinking of this ship in the Mississippi is to cause confusion so that an AQ attack ship can slip through easily when the channel is re-openned? (Thanks to NW_Arizona_Granny for bringing this up several times, it stuck in my mind)

I'm sure there are captain's screaming to be let in with as little delay as possible once the channel is re-opened.

The confusion would be a perfect opportunity to slip in with less scrutiny.
