I sure as heck hope backseat screens are still legal, Im driving to Texas tomorrow and its one of the best methods to keep the kids quiet.

No state I know of has laws banning screens not visible to the driver while engaged in driving. Some states flat out ban screens visible to the driver while driving. Most all states have inattentive driving-type laws. In the case where cameras are used and the screens viewed are for purposes of backing up (RV), they are usually legal as they are usually not on while actually driving down the road.
