I would like to propose a "No Shit, Sherlock" week for children from first grade to high school seniors.
The program, to be funded by the George Bush Second Term Sisters of Sayanora, will attempt be to instill in our youth the concept of causality, the arithmetic of repercussions, the doctrine of Duh.
