Really????
I'm a young guy (27) and after grammar school, I just got up to use the bathroom if I needed to. I only explained to the teacher if he/she asked.
Having to ask permission to go to the toilet is stupid.

If my son went to this school, I'd tell him take a giardiasis dump on the teacher's desk.

15 times a month should be enough for all but the worst of the 'Chronic Urinators.' LOL. What a bunch of weenies. Maybe we should pay them reparations.

I can't remember a single occasion when I had to leave class to pee.
You either have a terrible memory or you are not human. But, even if you have a bladder worthy of Superman you cannot expect that the rest of humanity to be able to compete with your obviously phenomenal control. It's a pity that holding your pee is not an Olympic sport. You are gold medal material.

You either have a terrible memory or you are not human. Nonsense. What are middle school classes...half an hour? Forty five minutes? An hour, at most. Kids who ride the regular bus easily remember to do what they hafta between classes.
That's what we're talking about here. The kids who ask for a hall pass while the teacher's standing up front going "blah de blah." If you have to do that 15 times a month, if nothing else, you've missed over an hour of information.
