I think Kerry's record and his Hanoi Jane problem are a far more serious problem for him than any catting around he has done.
Watching Theresa in the future, should this prove to have legs and prove true, will be entertaining, to say the least.
I agree that the GOP should stay far away from it, as the people behind the link are thus far provably Democrats.
In the interim, color me interested in the story:-)

The impression I get is an idealistic and caring young woman, still a leftist but genuinely interested in helping people out and decent according to her own lights. Sounds like the perfect bimbo for the lecherous old fart to prey upon, his pocket full of his wife's money. Guys the age of Kerry (and me) learned back in college that you could charm the pants off of idealistic bimbo hippie chicks (liberal girls) with a good line about caring for people and helping people, yadayada... I bet Kerry still works the line and knows it still is effective even with today's generation of bimbettes.

However, if EVERYONE would take the time to e-mail the media regarding the points I've outlined that Lehane, Clark and Gore all knew and blabbed that Kerry had a bimbo problem - the media would have to pay attention for once and they would drop their efforts to blame the GOP. You really think so? And you really think that would stop the Kerry campaign? Lehane & Clark have denied involvement. Yeah, they're lying, but how are you gonna prove it?

She is clearly lying.
Because, as we were told ad nauseum when Clinton was in office, "everyone lies about sex."

Here's what I remember of the Lewinsky scandal: The Republicans in Congress did a terrible job of moving the case forward. They wanted to wait until after the election to do anything, so they could milk it for several months in an effort to get more seats in Congress. It backfired, and they then backed down. The only one on the Republican side that I was impressed with at the time was Lindsey Graham. He has since gone on to become Senator, while man others have dropped out completely.
I don't care one way or another about this story, but I'd like to see it followed up by the media with the same zeal as the ridiculous National Guard non-story.

I'd say it ain't over yet.
I agree. As you pointed out, Slick & Monica denied everything, too.

Yeah, I just think that we're gonna have to win this election on the issues. I don't think that there's gonna be any shortcuts to victory. ;-)

I am sure the affair most definitely was NOT "via a letter". ;)

You've got that right.
Why is she writing to the campaign?
This is bizarre.
To: Amelia
I think there are too many sourced stories out there about who shopped the story and who overheard Clark for them to get big into denial right now.
The presstitutes will try to cover this as a GOP smear, and perhaps it will work. I rather think with the power of the mainstream press is waning.
We shall see.

One letter and the press retreats, while they go after Bush on the BS AWOL matter like rabid dogs. What a crock.

Lehane, Clark and a Clark campaign worker are Rovians?
I love cheap (and uninformed) cynicism.

Last I checked, the UK Sun and the other papers that have reported on his were not internet sites.
But I'm sure Carl Cameron knows better. After all, he is with Kerry all day long. LOL!

The presstitutes will try to cover this as a GOP smear,The Democrats are trying to shop it as a GOP smear. The press can truthfully say that "right-wing muckraker Matt Drudge" broke the story, even if they know it's been out there and was first released by Lehane & Co.
