For months, John Kerry has run television ads attacking President Bush.
- To date, John Kerry has aired 27 campaign ads. 56% (15) of those ads have directly attacked the President on a range of issues including healthcare, taxes, Medicare, special interests, pollution, and Iraq.
- Of the $6.7 million that Kerry has spent on television ads since his campaign began, 73% of those ad dollars have funded a direct attack on the President. An analysis of Kerrys buys shows he has aired $4.9 million in negative advertising across 15 states in more than 40 markets. These negative spots have run more than 9,712 times.
