Omar Anderson, Lagrone's son, serving a life prison term for a 1992 murder

Like father, like son. How nice...

After all is said and done Death Penalty opponents can't point to one example of someone wrongly executed in this country.

Must be one sociopathic and delusional person to say your innocent moments before being put to death. I recently read about Ted Bundy's last day before he was executed. The man cried, whimpered, and begged while being prepped for his execution. Such sickening cowardice from a man who is known to have tortured, raped, and killed 33 women but experts believe he most likely killed over a 100. I can't fathom such evil.

The best thing about the death penalty is, they will never murder again. Society needs to protect it's self. This is the only way to do that. We need justice AND protection. When this murderer bit the dust we can all sleep a little sounder.

don't you think that when its black on black crime (apparently) that there is no outrage, no condemnation of the cops and the prosecutor...

it seems that when blacks kill other blacks, and then are caught, they are the best buddies....

but, just don't accuse a minority of killing or hurting a Caucasian......in those circumstances, its got to be police bigotry.....

"He wont do it...ever again".

Who says the death penalty doesn't deter crime?

Amen to that!

And he had some kind of nerve lying like that about not killing those girls and then saying "Jesus is Lord."

We know he did it because he made the mistake of leaving someone alive.

Done, and done.

Doesn't sound like his religion was worth much.

Plus, one of the aunts was blind, deaf and bed-ridden when Lagrone murdered her.

He was also out on parole for a 1977 murder when he committed these murders.

Wish I could have given him the needle myself. Why were Sean Penn and Jesse Jackson not wringing their hands over this animal?

He concluded by saying: "Jesus is Lord"
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. [Matt 7:21]
Lagrone went to his death lying in his teeth.

I didn't know that. Thanks for posting it. Now I feel a lot better.

Texas is not California. There is no Nine Circus to gum up the execution machine.
