Halle Berry as Cleopatra would not be "correct" since Cleopatra was Greek. Besides Halle Berry isn't a very good actress.

Two questions... How does the daughter of Ptolemy who was King or Pharoah or Egypt get a Greek Daughter who becomes Pharoah of Egypt also...
Also, how does a less than good actress get nominated for and win a golden globe and an academy award for best actress?

Halle Berry as Cleopatra would not be "correct" since Cleopatra was Greek. Judging from numismatic evidence, Cleopatra was also, unlike Halle Berry,ummmm, errr,...... ugly.
She must have had one hell of a personality to get both Caesar and Antony. :-)
