A solution to this problem is sadly overlooked.

So many people are out of work.

Instead of waiting for jobs to be created; they need to start their own businesses. Then we network. Business to business network.

Then the big companies will see, we don't need them. They can't outsource anything when losing customers.

Just going over the thread and it appears a lot is starting to happen again. I took a few days off to rest and get perspective.

That's what I have done. I left my last job to get out from under the thumb of the biggest a-hole boss anyone could have. Things were getting so bad that my girlfriend was complaining that I was coming home every single day depressed and with no self esteem. I'm glad to be gone from that wretched company, but things have been tough. So on that note, do you know of any b2b networking already in place?
