We have not had access to the entire letter. CNN read a couple of sentences of it awhile ago and it stated something to the effect of cutting off the ears, eyes, legs, etc. of those in Iraq that are helping the coalition and that the Shia would be taken care of with car and suicide bombers. I think that our government or maybe it was just the media relaying their interpertation of the letter. Then tonight I have heard some say that it could have been a signal. It could have been calling for more of their reenforcement.
Hmmmm...I hadn't heard that. I thought we had the whole letter. That could potentially change the context of the letter.
