You know, I think it is. Also, wasn't there a strange powder found at a Philly hotel? I'm trying to find something on that.

Yes. It was 'disclaimered' to be baking soda.

But do spot checks mistake baking soda for bio/chem?

Yes, there was. I'm here in Philly as we speak. Our local paper mentioned the Loew's guests becoming ill, but attributed it to food poisoning. People WERE taken to the hospitals- Thomas Jefferson for one.
