So what is your opinion of that? I've read that osama says he won't use nukes on us till we use them on them or till qaeda is dismantled. What do you think?

You asked Sean but I'm going to answer too.

I think that when it fits into the roadmap that Al Qaeda is following, and when they feel they have a high probability of success then they will try. They are not going to rush to do it on our timetable. They will threaten and try to shake us up, and try make us complacent.

And I am being very specific when I say Al Qaeda and not Bin Laden. I mean the organization Al Qaeda - I am not convinced Bin Laden is calling the shots any more.

Will they succeed? I sure as heck hope not. Will they try? Probably. When? Whenever it best suits their purposes

Let me also throw in a wildcard here. You cannot completely rule out the possibility of a rogue cell that decides to go off and do their own thing.
