I always wondered if Al Qaida would attempt an Invasion of the US Mainland a la "Invasion USA". Sure is low tech, and in time they could have amassed a Small Army on our shores. With small arms in an Urban Area, they might be able to last for a while. Having 1000 armed and motivated soldiers in an American City(ies) The net effect would cause Martial Law to be enforced and would certainly hurt our Economy more than anything.
