I've never heard the term "OTM" before. This is not an official "news" site. It just looks like some individuals fed up with the lack of border control.

Just wondering how many people have noticed this. I'm not sure I would know just by "looking" whether someone was Mexican or not. I know one personally who is red headed! You would not know he was Mexican unless he opened his mouth.
