Your move, Arnold.

Sounds like the aurthor is just upset that Arnold is a better fundraiser than most liberals. He/she also seems to be trying to pick a bone over cigar smoking. Sounds like liberal rhetoric to me.
I'm also trying to figure out where the author got data to make the assertion that the people attending the dinner where going to profit from bond sales?! Do they have a guest list already???

He shamelessly refers to his proposal as "debt reduction bonds," as if it's possible to borrow your way out of debt. Like giving a bottle to an alcoholic to 'cure' the DT's.

Arnold is going to have to raise lots and lots of money to prop these turkeys up and sneak them by the voters. If Nancy Pelosi thinks these bonds are nifty than they can't be good for California...

Arnold bragged about what a salesman he is and yes, he makes used car salesman look like saints. He's already been caught in several lies. Arnold is a typical old time poiltician who makes deals behind closed doors.
But, the alternative was Bustamante.

There is something truly majestic about Arnold Schwarzenegger's gall...ran for governor...promising that he was beyond the reach of special interests...now has come up with a campaign fund-raising scheme... The idiot-majority wanted it in and voted for it - should we in the other 49 states (and several countries) feel sympathy for them?
