While I was out in the car awhile ago, Lauri Due came on Fox radio News with Bush was AWOL -- she went through the whole RAT spin and at the end of the report in a quieter tone said the White House denied the allegation. It was all about he was AWOL until the very end.

Now I hear from you Bechtel was on Fox with the same crap! And the media, most of them, seem to be loving every minute of it! Guess it is too much to ask for them to report with the same conviction Kerry's ties to Chung that are coming out!

Is this the story to which you're referring, PKM?  It hasn't gotten much attention here either.  The dems scream AWOL louder than we toss back the Johnny Chung info on which  the Boston Globe did a story on February 1.  When did Terry MacAuliffe begin yelling AWOL.....again?  Sunday, February 1.  And, the Newsweek magazine was due out Monday.  Sheer misdirection of the media......and it worked.
