Ease up on Kid Rock.
He desecrated a US flag on stage on worldwide tv. There is no excuse for it and previous good deeds don't make it okay.

That whole halftime show p!ssed me off. I was thinking that if terrorists struck right then, they would be doing the nation a favor.

If I remember correctly, the US Flag Code says that the flag shall not be used as a garment.
BTW...the guitar player put the flag in a heap next to the right side of the drum kit.
So much for not letting it hit the ground...
