That's ok, I know there are some crummy teachers out there, as well as great ones.
There will always be dumb people...doesn't mean they have to hire them.
I'm not sure what the problem is. I mean, don't these dispatchers have to take some kind of a test in order to get hired?
I'm a clerical worker, and I've had to take tests to get a non government job, for goodness sake! And once they get the position, is their job performance not monitored in any way?
In my opinion, this is an outrage.
