What's to flip-flop on? RINOs run as "fiscal conservatives" and then betray gullible "conservatives" who vote for them every time. On social issues though, they keep their campaign "promises" with flying colors.

George Ryan may have gone 180o on "no new taxes" plege , but he sure delivered on his promises to ban guns in Illinois!

So look on the bright side. Arnie "fiscal conservative" Schwartzekennedy might flip-flop on drivers licenses for illegals, but at least he'll keep his promise to "uphold a woman's right to choose"!
