You betcha. Charlie Taylor is the guy I'm "fixin ta run agin." I am astounded to find him on the wrong end of an obvious federal boondoogle. Thanks for the ping.

Anyone who thinks this is an outrage are cordially invited to help me offer Taylor an involuntary retirement.
