New posting to Global Islamic Media this morning. Not really of any consequence - they issue these statements every 2 weeks. Here's a translation summary.

Basically it's an update on the status of jihad in Afghanistan. They make several primary points.:
- they congratulate the mujahadeen on the Eid
- then they restate the parameters of the Afghani jihad
- they make a few of the usual statements about Zionism and blame the actions of the west on Zionism
- They discuss the failure of the coalition trops to capture and detail the mujahadeen they were pursuing
- The restate a fatwa from the Afghani clerics prohibiting cooperation with the Americans
- Statement of the Emir of the Believers on the Eid al Adha
- issue kudos for 4 martyrdom operations

Then they go on to go into greater detail about the news of the previous 2 weeks on Afghanistan. They issue one of these releases every two weeks for both Afghanistan and Iraq.
