A permanent visitation with Allah takes care of it!!!
On another note, there was a strange chemical smell that engulfed Toledo, Ohio today. Schools and businesses were closed on account of it. The only web story I can find on it conflicts with the televison news reports I saw. The web account attributes it to a release of Naptha by the BP plant in Oregon, Ohio. The web report says it was a smell of natural gas and the relase occurred at 1:30 pm today. However, I smelled it as I was coming through Toledo last night at about 1:00 AM, a full 12 hours before the supposed release. It was more of a heavy industrial petroleum smell, similar to diesel, but definitely not diesel. I've felt completely out of it all day today and had the worst case of fat figers I can remember. Constatntly having to go back and correct typing errors. Not sure if the two are related, I certainly hope not.
The other strange thing is this, I know of two other web stories posted on this by local news outlets, but they don't come up on a google search of news, even when i type in the exact title of the story. Perhaps some of you that google news more often than I can comment on whether this happens much, is google just a crappy news search tool?

I am getting a little bit of an erie feeling about all of these odors that happening everywhere. Probably just that we are looking for every little thing to report right now. I fear that if something did go on then the government would keep it quite untill they had no other choice. Keep in touch.

Wow, sorry, I forgot to mention how the web story conflicted with the TV news reports. None of the Tv news reports mentioned the smell of natural gas, just a strange odor that permeated the city. As I said before, schools and businesses closed as a result.

I should also point out that I kind of felt like that a few days ago and then it went away. I think I was spending a wee to much time reading on the computer and not getting enough sleep.

If you drove through the chemical, I would be for finding out what treatment is being used for it.......AT ONCE.
While we were focused on Houston, there was 300 out and about with the jihad.
I couldn't open your link but that's not new with this old computer.
I don't see how anyone could think it was all over, "cause nothing happened in Houston", that we know of.
You know some chemical was released in your area.
Now it is a "white powder for Frist".
Dare I ask the question of "where next?"
The longer we are played along, like a fish on a line for sport, the less we remember about 9-11 and the shock and pain that we felt.
Do find out if you need treatment. Hope you are feeling better soon.
If it affects your nerves (typing) it must be checked.

Do you know anyone that works in the ER, or hospital in any capacity? Make some phone calls, inquire as to people coming into the ER with symptoms. Call the local tv news, radio, newspaper; see what they know, if anything. If you were exposed to something you need to know what it is.

I hope you are feeling better.
When I just put "Toledo" into Google News search, it did come up at the bottom of the page.
But the only thing was the article to which you gave the link:
http://www.wtol.com/Global/story.asp?S=1627092 TOLEDO -- People in west Toledo may have noticed a strange smell in the air today. The natural gas odor was from the BP Refinery in Oregon.
10 mile an hour winds carried the odor from the east to the west. We're told the smell was an odorant or light gas, called Naptha that was released into the air by the refinery around 1:30 p.m.
Some schools in west Toledo released students early, because of the strong smell, including George A. Phillips Academy, Central Catholic and St. Martin de Porres. All evening events at the Sylvania school buildings were also cancelled.

It was more of a heavy industrial petroleum smell, similar to diesel, This fits with a description of Naphtha...
"Naphtha is a refined light distillate fraction, usually boiling below 250C, but often with a fairly wide boiling range. Gasoline and kerosine are the most well-known, but there are a whole range of special-purpose hydrocarbon fractions that can be described as naphtha. The petroleum refining industry calls the 0-100C fraction from the distillation of crude oil "light virgin naphtha" and the 100-200C fraction " heavy virgin naphtha". The product stream from the fluid catalytic cracker is often split into three fractions, <105C = "light FCC naphtha", 105-160C = "intermediate FCC naphtha" and 160-200C "heavy FCC naphtha"."
