Excellent question. Does anyone have any information about that meeting?

I DO think they are downplaying the potential threats. I think there is so much more going on than we will ever know.

As an aside- have noticed that if you watch TV at 3AM or so, that is when you get the "Tom Ridge" Homeland Security spiels. And the tests on the radio. Hardly ever hear or view these during the daytime hours!

Of course, we nightowls also enjoy such treats as the "Ronco Salad Shooter", the "I can make you a Millionaire overnight" "Get your CDL License in 3 weeks" and, of course "I lost weight using---physician's formula X- if you call now, your first bottle is free!!!"

Lol 3am tv. Was in the hospital the other year and couldn't sleep. I caught up with MASH reruns!

Didn't alot of people here discuss the dinner? Was it with Christopher Hitchens, or am I dreaming?
