Maybe I heard it on the radio or read it, but a few days ago there was a drug bust that involved Baby Formula in cans.

The formula was carefully removed and replaced with drugs.

It wouldn't be that hard to do, it seems the latest thing is a can opener that cuts the 'rim and top' off the can.
