I think David Kay is OK -- but the media is distorting what he is saying.

Kay said there weren't massive amounts of WMD, but he also said, he thought they were taken to Syria -- most of the media avoids reporting the second part.

so why doesn't the administration put Kay in front of the media at a press conference to lay it all out?

There was no evidence of "Amassed" WMD. Being that it wasn't found because it was moved as you stated!
