Is this one of those clocks that sets itself according to your computer clock? If so, it would give a different time to people whose clocks aren't in sync. I think there was some discussion about this when the clock was first found. Can't remember all of it, but it seems that the coding among the various clocks differs somewhat.

There have been a suspicious number of leaks lately including the one on the St Clair River yesterday and numerous trucking incidents just in the last several days. Makes me wonder, or are we just paying more attention to these incidents.

I think we may have succeeded in foiling this set of attacks too, the government seems to think so -- I hope so.
Government says security threat over, expects no more flight cancellations
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1070451/posts WASHINGTON (AP) -- Terror threats that led to cancellation of one domestic and six trans-Atlantic flights have passed, and the government has no plans to ground more planes, officials said Monday.
No arrests were made nor weapons seized in relation to the cancellations, and law enforcement officials acknowledged they are unsure whether the steps taken disrupted attacks.

This "dog disease" thing has been puzzling me. Not sure what they mean by it.

Wasn't ricin the poison used in the Tokyo subway attack about 10 years ago? Done by some fanatical group over there, NOT ROP connected.

...nonbite aerosol transmission. Great, just great.

Just found an interesting post over at IH. TraVeller2022, a regular Islamic poster, has posted his assessment of the AQ threats against the U.S.. I don't know where he's from, but he doesn't claim to be a member of AQ. He just seems to be reporting on what he's hearing "on the street" so to speak.

Agree so much. I just read all this and get informed, then stop worrying. I'm actually not at all worried, only mad as heck.
What we may face is to "shelter in place" or whatever they term it to be.
We should all have enough supplies on hand that we can just stay in our houses for a few weeks, and not leave home.
That's what I plan on anyway.

Finally, simply being in a cave where a colony of bats lives (without any bites) can transmit rabies.Their stupid "caves of darkness".

Go away.

Yes, it's an interesting post.
One of the things I noticed is that they are talking that they better succeed with their next attack, or they pretty much have to admit failure.
That tells me, AQ is indeed being rolled up by the US, but of course they are still a threat, but if they fail again, they will start to lose credibility among other Muslims.

What? I see no ignorance at all. Why don't you take a bath in bacon grease.

The castor bean plant should be declared illegal immediately with penalties relative to that of pot.[cough]
Seriously, this is one of the grand hypocrisies of the WOD. I am not making light of this situation. How can something that can be processed to make a very deadly substance remain legal? [slam dunk...debate over] Making it illegal would prevent all abuse of this plant and keep anyone from using it in a bad way. /sarc
