Idiot Kerry saying MTBE "companies that put it in will be held responsible". Here in California, the companies were FORCED by the state to add it in about 10 years ago, now they have to pay the cost of getting it out.

Klinton threatened to withhold federal funds from any state that refused the MTBE..........the only state that told slick willie to stick the money was Alaska, if I am not mistaken.
