It looks pretty accurate to me. Please note the shift towards Bush in some of the last elections narrow loss states.

If there were a single state I would say seems a bit off, it would be California...I'd put it in the 30-40% range.

I believe that New York has got to be a lot better than 28%.
I mean, the state does have a Republican governor, and the city did elect a guy who ran as a Republican, and if Rudy Giuliani goes on TV and asks New Yorkers to vote for Dubya, they will.

I think New York is most definitely in play.
