That makes 3 of us not freeping but soaking up every word and expression. I was hoping for lightning to strike the left siders. 'Hope they go home tonight and weep. They KNOW that George W. Bush is a great President who has achieved more than anyone...including Republicans...could ever have imagined, but they'll never, never, never acknowledge it. A plague on them all (except Zell Miller).

Actually that makes four of us....also decided to watch without freeping....wanted to be sure I heard every word...I thought the speech was great!

GWB laid out his accomplishments; and responded forcefully to the Dem's bashing of his foreign & domestic policies without even mentioning the any of them! It was like a campaign speech in some respects!

However, hedid remind them that Clinton signed the defense of marriage act........and that he did little to prevent further terrorism after the WTC bombing in 1993.
