I agree, McNair has the ability. I also think Vick has the talent, just needs another year or two of seasoning, and needs to learn to keep healthy.
I think the biggest problem with the development of Black QB's is that coaches see the other physical talents, and as a result these kids are allowed to run all over the field and make sandlot plays. McNair has learned to be a big strong pocket passer, and Vick has shown the ability to read defences that a lot of these guys just don't show consistently (McNabb, Culpepper, Carter)

My favorite part was the dash for the football at the start of the game, as opposed to a boring coin toss......Two players lined up and fought for the ball.
