How would you like to be the Philly Wide-outs????
Every fricken sports-show got the McRibb TALKING POINTS:
Bad receivers-can not catch. McRibb is superman but he can not be with bad ribs. There is Media bias and they tear down others to make him look good. Clintons's must be running this.

Three QB's with higher QB ratings this season than McNabb:

1. Brad Johnson (TB)
2. Mark Brunnell (JAX)
3. John Kitna (CIN)

P.S. None of these guys made the playoffs.

Don't you wish the game was in Carolina today?? Last week is STILL bothering me.

Nah, it's behind me now. The mistakes the Packers made (mostly the coaching staff) made me realize that the great teams can't get away with those kinds of Bush League blunders.

I'm not saying the better team won last week. I'm saying the better coached team did.

We'll get 'em next year.

Great game by the Panthers today but I still think the Patsies will pull it out. Good luck to the Panthers though, I really don't like the Patsies.

"What will the Philly sports writers say?"

Oh, probably some nonsense about blaming it on Favre's Dad's ghost. Or maybe Rush Limbaugh.

General media consensus.......It was the terrible, horrible, untalented Eagle receivers that failed. McNabb's greatness can only mask the lack of talent at that position for only so long, don't you know?

Or Marie Lombardi's alcohol consumption, or Deanna Favre's pregnancy...all class, those guys. < /sarcasm >

"Three QB's with higher QB ratings this season than McNabb."

The QB ratings system is the 2nd biggest farce in the NFL. The first is McNubb

Yeah, where's Nittany? I liked that guy. He disappeared when things started to go haywire.

From CBS Sportsline

PHILADELPHIA -- Donovan McNabb was having trouble breathing and throwing, yet he wanted to remain in the game -- even after a second hard hit sidelined him for good. Given the way the Philadelphia Eagles' receivers were playing, it might not have made any difference.

Media was placing the Colts loss squarely at Manning.

I was thinking of another one, who was especially in-your-face-obnoxious - someone whose name I shall not mention. (There were a couple like that.) : )

Well that's the mistake of not giving the backup quarback some quality playing time during the regular season. If Detmer had been given more playing time, he might have thrown a touchdown rather than an interception when the Eagles were inside the 10 yard line.
