I watched George Bush, all alone, walk out to the mound at Yankee Stadium, in front of 55 thousand people and as clean a target as ever existed, show the world that America, (at least this American) wasn't going to be intimidated.....Oh, please.
This didn't take guts in the least. If you don't think that that stadium hadn't already been gone over by security, probably by the square foot, such that a dust mite couldn't fall without some SS agent knowing about it, you're sadly mistaken.

A band of SS conducted body-cavity searches for 55,000 people, and these primitive nutcase terrorists are operating with sticks and stones these days instead of having access to hi-tech gadgets and weaponry...

You are the sad one. Hope I never become so cynical.

If I say, IF those of us who think the President showed extraordinary courage that night are operating under some sort of naivety, well, bug off and leave us to it. What's it to you, anyway.
