"If I were an employer who knowingly had illegal alien workers on my payroll, and I were now required to adhere to all employment and wage laws in regard to my newly "legalized" illegal alien employees, I would consider getting rid of them and replacing them with illegal aliens who haven't been "legalized", and by doing so, save myself a lot of money and paperwork."
Hey, that sounds great, but too bad that real, actual employers know full well that *turnover* and new training for employees, especially for "unskilled" jobs, is a business killer.

Businesses, good businesses, will find ways to survive and thrive the enforcement of the immigration laws. Unscrupulous businesses, dishonest and short-cutting businesses, will not and fully deserve to fail.
Let's enforce the laws and start weeding out the crooks, the incompetent, and the weak.

How much "training" does it take to show somebody how to remove dirty dishes from a table in a restaurant, or make a bed in a hotel, or pick a head of lettuce, or flip a hamburger at McDonald's? 5 minutes, perhaps?
