"And WHY is there a provision for "sneak-and -peek?" Oh dear gullible child, the phrase "sneak-and-peek" does not even exist in the Patriot Act.
Ergo, it is clear that you haven't read that law (which explains why you are so easily manipulated by those who have).

Don't play games. You know full well what "sneak and peek" means and wich provision it has reference to.

Oh dear Bushbot/Koolaid drinker
Nicely weaselworded.
The Act specifically provides for a non-judicially-ordered exercise of home invasion and search by letter, and also extends this privilege to search of bank, pawnshop, S&L, hotel, and credit/debit card activity.
No judge, just a letter requesting the searches pursuant to a "national security" item.
Yes, there is no Sneak and Peek. Yes, there is no Judicial Review.
Go suck carrots for your eyes.
