The Supreme's rejected a bid to not allow elections according to the new redistricting map in Texas.They have yet to decide if minorities were hurt(by losing their white dem representatives,LOL)
Pickering accepted an appointment while the filibustering Senate was out of town.It was a good day yesterday.

Yep ! I saw where they have sworn him in already (they did that last night) ... A great day for the GOP on both the Texas Redistricting and the recess appointment ! Yay !
