agreed. He held off on recess appointing till he could get kudos and counter any conservative uprising from the amnesty bs. Smart politics.

Timing is for maximum political benefit. I'm trying to figure that out. He does it on a holiday weekend when all the news is about the RATs caucus, so it doesn't get as much press, the conservatives (who really care) have been off the reservation of late due to $pending, might now be back on board?
Just thoughts off the top of my head...
