If I plan the menu, it'll have to be low carb. But that means we can have lots of meat! Standing rib roast, (bourbon-glazed and other) steaks, pork bbq, ...
And, of course, I'd use my cooked egg homemade mayo in the bleu cheese dressing. (Except I use it more as a dip. I'm big on romaine hearts and bleu cheese lately.) We can go retro and have celery stick appetizers with something yummy on 'em....
I figure by then I'll have come up with some low carb cheesecake varieties that don't use artificial sweeteners, so we'll have dessert. Everything heavy on the real whipped cream!!!
Any suggestions?

And by the way feed the poor doggie! He is wasting away. And feed the one you have locked up in your basement or we are siccing the SPCA on you.
