I was going to do venison on Sunday - but got a great deal on really nice shrimp - so the venison can wait until Monday!!!
Now if I could just figure out what I'm going to do with the scallops for tonight!!! but we ate late lunch so no one is screaming for dinner - yet!

Scallops??...I solomnly swear...THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM FOR SCALLOPS! They're better'n Jell-O! Now I'm getting hungry for scallops!
