Goat's good. We had a dairy goat farm when I was a kid (no pun intended). Hard to get people to sell you their goats nowadays, if there's a chance you're going to eat it. Buried somewhere under decades of accumulated junk, I still have a goat milk fudge recipe that is to die for. Cow milk cannot be substituted. I'd love to have another milk goat.
