I'm currently trying to clean up some stuff on my har drive and have to reinstall my MSN messenger - so I'll be in and out this morning!

I crashed (big time) early yesterday, and just now sorta got caught up. I'm gonna saddle up and head out into the fog in a little while to do a touch of Saturday fill the freezer shopping. (think: spiral cut ham).

LOL... I had a really rude schedule during the week, and yesterday afternoon the lights started fading. Actually, the dimmer switch burned up, so off to home depot for a new one. I tried (really) to stay awake for a while. Right. I actually slept for 12 hours! I haven't done that since the Nixon administration :o)

Hubby has been trying to saddle up my van all morning......but it's so cold out he had a hard time taking out the old battery to put in a new one........

He has my sympathies. Last weekend, my wife's van needed to be jumped to start, so I decided to clean the battery posts.

After four trips to autozone, it has new clamps and a new battery. (yes, they gave me the wrong battery the first time) what a royal pain. (yah... I could have done all that in September when the weather was nice, huh?)

Don't know about the other times, but you sure don't get much sleep during Freepathons.

I'd be dead in a week if I kept your hours.

We still have a little more tile to cut to fill in around the door and vanity, but the toilet is definitely back where it belongs!!!!

Don't you hate when that happens. The last time hubby had car troubles he needed a new alternator....and NAPA gave him the wrong one.............

and of course the alternator didn't quit while the car was in the driveway.....Nah...it happened at 11 at night when he was working late and more than 50 miles from home.

hmmmm... I like NAPA... all the rest of the auto stores seem like kmart compared to them.

Well... time to shoot the paycheck... I gotta run. BBL.

Last Saturday it was 70 degrees and I had windows open, today it's 13 and hubby just left to get wood to fire up the wood stove.

I sent in my check today. It's a modest amount, but I don't want to take away the pleasure from all the other Freepers of giving a modest amount!

In any case, it's more than I give to PBS! (which is nuttin', har har!)
