Someone I think a lot of Republicans will be hopeful we can beat Boxer BECAUSE of the enthusiasm created in Republican circles because of the successful Recall of Gray Davis.
REMEMBER: BILL JONES OPPOSED THE REPUBLICAN PARTY'S DECISION TO SUPPORT THE RECALL OF GRAY DAVIS
Correct. His involvement in the recall effort says nothing about whether Howard Kaloogian would be acceptable to 50% + 1 of the California electorate. If that's not true, then let's run one of the volunteer signature gatherers, because that guy probably did more than Howard Kaloogian did to make this happen. Heck, let's run Daryl Issa. Oh, wait, he's already lost against Boxer.

That doesn't equal Howard Kaloogian being the guy who can beat her.
Good. He would have saved Kalifornistan millions of dollars that were WASTED electing an idealogical twin of Doofus who had an "R" next to his name. The "results" of the "recall" are clear, from the defeat of Prop. 54 to higher taxes for state parks.
Of course, it shouldn't even be possible for Jones to hold statewide office in the first place (even though he did it twice), according to the Doofus clone supporters. After all Jones has one of those "extremist" openly pro-life platforms, instead of running as an abortion-luvin' "fiscal conservative"
