If Bush INVITED him to the Crawford ranch ... there is nothing Fox could have done to "embarrass" the President. He understands the unique political limitations and changing domestic contingences that influence every National Leader he works with. The fact that Fox was INVITED to the Crawford Ranch speaks volumes to me. Bush understood fully that any number of developing political events within Mexico or in our international priorities that that would have to preclude Fox's visit. GUARAN DAMN TEED.
