Now 2 handguns and 1 rifle are an arsenal? No, that's a standard load for me when I go to the range or on a hunting trip. 2 handguns and 1 rifle with the swords, mace, and the other stuff mentioned in the article are an arsenal. And, those weapons carried loaded in a state where there is no concealed carry is allowed AND the guy is speeding is just stupid.

Sure. I agree the guy is stupid, but it still doesn't make 2 handguns and 1 rifle with the swords, mace, and the other stuff mentioned in the article an arsenal.
Any one who considers 2 handguns, 1 rifle,7 knives, 2 swords, and some teargas an arsenal, doesn't get out much.
