Al-Jazeera television is broadcasting what is said to be a new audio tape of Osama bin Laden.

It is claimed he will refer to the capture of ex-Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein.

"The audiotape contains new things. It refers to the Geneva Initiative (an unofficial Israeli-Palestinian peace plan unveiled in early December) and the capture of Saddam Hussein on December 13," al-Jazeera editor Ibrahim Hilal said.

Hilal said the voice purported to be that of bin Laden will also refer to the "(US) crusade against the Islamic world."

Early translations indicated that bin Laden called on Muslims to fight Western troops in Iraq with weapons rather than dialogue.

He also condemned Gulf states which supported the invasion of Iraq.

December 10, 2003-Information is now widespread on numerous terrorist message forums that indicates another voice-over of dead terrorist Abdul al-Atibi (al-Otaibi) and images of Osama bin Laden is scheduled to be broadcast next week. Information suggests that the message will address the "American hell in Iraq" and also indicates growing displeasure with Al Jazeera's failure to act as a mode of transmission for the tape. The message suggests that al Jazeera must air the new message in its entirety or face unspecified consequences.

These audio statements are generally followed by an attack. The attack usually occurs during a 1 - 43 day time period following the release of the tape. Whether OBL is alive or dead is rather beside the point.

Harvey Kushner(sp) terror expert told Fox that of the 6 Bin Laden audio tapes an attack has taken place 1 to 46 days later after the release of each of the 6 tapes..........this was a go signal....we can ALL argue if it was Binny or not......but an attack usual follows one of these tapes.

Bin Laden is in need of attention. Al Jazzera claims that the tape was " dropped" off to them Sunday. So whose their source? Whose connected. Time for a special/pysch operation.

A Mid-East peace plan dubbed the Geneva Accord was launched on Dec 1 by Italian and Palestinian negotiators. The road map is a US-backed plan for a Palestinian state.

'We have to liberate the Islamic world from the military occupation of the crusaders by raising up the banner of jihad for God's sake,' the speaker said.

Pretty clear to me.
