Your skepticism

strikes me as more cheeky than Robertson's faith.

It's been wisely said that

the person with

AN EXPERIENCE

is never at the mercy of someone with merely an argument.

Those individuals who have been healed via Robertson's ministry would shake their heads at you in pity.

True healing is facilitated by the Holy Spirit, not by the hit-and-miss antics of the word-faith practitioners. The failed prophecies and faked healings of these charlatans are well documented.

People from many religions outside Christianity have 'experienced' many miraculous things which defy explanation in the natural realm. If we base our belief in God solely on the evidence of our senses or emotions, we are going to miss the best that He has to offer.

Jesus' admonition to Thomas illuminates this infinitely better than I could.
