Isn't that terrific? Who would dare to vote against the Almighty, of course, unless they are on the devil's side. Un...wouldn't that make the majority of Americans?
Let us cancel the election and declare Bush as the next President of the USA! This would save lots of tax payers' dollars.

There was some Indian kid in florida who was demonstrated to have psychic abilities. The news did a story about him a few months before the 2000 election. Just for fun they asked him who was going to win the presidential election, and he responded "George Bush will be president"
Can anyone find the thread on FR about that?

Pat Robertson said Friday that God told him President Bush will be re-elected in a landslide. Did the hand of god visit destruction on Orlando yet?

How
dare he express an opinion of a religious nature when it comes to the governance of the nation.
Oh, wait, didn't Howard Dean just do that??

It's hard to hold anything against a righteous man. I think Bush will do quite well.

Pat's done some good. He had a major role in Bush being elected the first time.
However, he lacks sometimes in the "prophet" dept. I remember he claimed over and over and over again that Y2K would be a major worldwide catastrophe...and it turned out to be a blip.

the Holy Spirit probably did tell him that GWB would be chosen again as president but, I would be more interested in hearing from Pat why God told him, and how will this revelation being made public win others to accept Jesus Christ?????

Dear Father, Almighty God,
Would you consider, perhaps, sending a huge package of
WISDOM
along with your next message to Pat Robertson?
Especially about Bush and the election???
Sigh.

Im not a Pat Robertson defender, but the title is a little misleading.
He said
I think George Bush is going to win in a walk," the religious broadcaster said
and "I really believe I'm hearing from the Lord it's going to be like a blowout election in 2004. It's shaping up that way," Robertson said.
Thats not exactly the same as God told me.
To: will1776
Pat Robertson said Friday that God told him President Bush will be re-elected in a landslide. "I think George Bush is going to win in a walk,"
Where's the quote about God telling him this? The only sentence quoted is shown above...looks to me to be his opinion. I have never, ever heard Pat Robertson say that God specifically told him anything. So where's the rest of the quote?
