I'm paying attention and that's the problem - I'm seeing big government and pro-illegal immigrant support coming out of what I thought were Republicans and it troubles me a great deal. I live in Texas and illegal immigration is more important to me than many of the stances that democrats have that I disagree with.
To hear my former governor and his staff willing to jeopardize our national security and/or reward illegal behavior to court votes from a certain segment of the population that votes heavily democrat makes me question just how Conservative they are.
Then you are part of the problem and the guidelines were written for people just like you. It's not just about you.
I'm part of the problem for thinking the GOP needs to stick to Conservative values? Whatever, I'm not going to use anybody's guidelines to vote. Just because the shepherd wants to go over the cliff doesn't mean I'm one of the sheep that is going to follow.
That's the problem;you've "heard". C'mon, don't you remember the old rumor mills when you were in? I do from when I was . Let's see what is really proposed as opposed to first blush, breathless sellout talk. Now, onto something really important, spyware problems.I have them apparently, Any ideas?
If you still think that both parties are the same, then the guidelines will get rid of half of the problem...the Democrat half. That's a good start, but it won't work if a bunch of disgruntled maverick wannabes screw it up. And, if the voters wanted more conservatives in office then they would have voted them in.
